Wishing all of our clients the very best of the Holiday Season for 2018, and a healthy and prosperous New Year for 2019.
Since the warm weather has finally arrived, at least officially, we would like to wish all of our friends, clients, and associates a pleasant and safe summer. Stay in-touch, because there may be some exciting news on the horizon for the local aerospace industry coming in the weeks ahead.
The staff at ARM Aero Consultants would like to take this opportunity to wish all of our clients, associates, and friends the very best this holiday season and we wish you all a happy new year in welcoming 2015.
One of our responsibilities at ARM Aero Consultants is to keep tabs on up and coming projects in and around the aerospace industry. Whether they be simply interesting or potentially game-changing, what we view as most important from a human resources aspect is that these ventures evolve to the point where they are able to offer stable career opportunities to those that seek them. That said, we would like to point out a new aircraft project that we've recently become involved with.
The company, originally European based, has recently established itself in Canada and their goal, simply put, is to revolutionize their sector of the aerospace industry. The aircraft they've been developing features an innovative propulsion system, state of the art materials utilization, and a unique modular design employing advanced fabrication techniques. This new platform is said to be easier to repair, easier to fly, less expensive to operate, and provides improved safety and reliability margins compared to other competitors in today’s marketplace. Furthermore, the flexibility of their design will permit the company to easily accommodate their client’s requests for a product that will allow them to fulfill different mission profiles.
The company has been in the advanced design stage on this project for a few years now, complete with working proof of concept, and they are now planning to move on to the next phase of the program. We know that behind every great project is a great team, and now that they are planning to put their platform into production they’re looking into the possibility of expanding their little family, and that's where we come in.
As a result of our ongoing discussions with the company, ARM Aero Consultants would like to provide advance notice regarding some of the unique skill sets that will likely be required in the coming months as this exciting new project takes shape. Potential candidates with relevant expertise are invited to inquire about possibilities in such disciplines as:
Additional information will be posted in the near future in our employment section for potential candidates. In the meantime you’re invited to contact us by email, or via our website, if you wish to request additional information or simply be added to our database for future requirements.
In order to make it easier for businesses to communicate their needs to us, we've added a new page to our site which allows existing and potential clients to contact us directly with questions regarding our services. So if your company finds itself in need of human resources management and recruitment-related consulting, head over to our new “Business Solutions” page and give us a shout.
After much reflection and more than a little prodding, we've finally decided to move ahead with our plan to launch a company website. After all, that’s exactly what the internet needs, right? Another website. These days everyone and his dog has a website, so why not us; the real issue was how do we make something a little different, yet still have it serve the purpose of a traditional human resources oriented site. So for now we'll take it one step at a time – consider it a work in progress. In any case, we had to tear down the construction tape and put away the orange cones sooner or later, lest they become a permanent fixture.
All in all, we hope that the site will be of use to people who need assistance in finding that elusive ‘perfect job’, or even their first job if that’s the case. We also want to provide guidance to the smaller companies, and perhaps big ones also, that may not have the HR expertise they need on site. And maybe, eventually, we want the website to be a place where people can interact and find a sense of familiarity and support. Perhaps even provide a means for them to simply ‘vent’ – much like you might find in your typical Human Resources department, if you even have an HR department. If you don’t, well – contact us; we're good listeners, so maybe we can help.
